Anita Barone

Barone was Gail Cunningham in The Shoes of Seinfeld season four. She played a cook who was named Elaine Benes who wanted shoes. In the early 90s, she appeared regularly in Carol & Company as a co-star alongside Carol Burnett. Barone had also played her husband, Carol Willick Ross Geller in Friends' first ever appearance. Jane Sibbett took over her role after Barone quit the show in order to concentrate on her full-time job. She was a star on The Jeff Foxworthy Show during the initial season (1995-1996) and The War at Home from 2005 and 2007. Barone co-starred alongside Daddio in 2000. Barone is also well-known for her TV roles on Desperate Homewives Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline, In the City Party of Five The Larry Sanders Show. In 2004, Barone was the recipient of her 2005 Methodfest Best Supporting Actress Award for her work in feature film One Last Ride. Barone's regular role in Shake It Up Disney Channel show Shake It Up started in 2010 three years after The War at Home finished the show's run. She played officer Georgia Jones, the mother of Bella Thorne's CeCe Jones. Matthew Glave played J.J. Jones who was the husband of Barone's character, in two episodes.
